“We’ve been working with the CORE team for nearly a year for our eCRF. The study is extremely data intense and ALEA has been a great choice to collect it. Despite multiple delays from our end, Jess and the team worked incredibly hard and got it up and running within the initial timeline we’d agreed. The support the team have given us since it has been live is incredible; questions are answered quickly and if something has gone wrong the team go all out to look into it. The level of dedication is unlike any I’ve received from a support team before, nothing seems too small or too big for them. The NATASHA research team recently won the VCs triple Helix award, and I genuinely don’t think this study would be running as smoothly as it is without Jess and the team. They go above and beyond what I expect of them every time and I love working with them.”
